Privacy policy

Effective 5 November 2026. This policy describes what AI Episode Creator (“we”) collects when you use https://www.aiepisodecreator.com and what we do with it.

Account information

Signing in uses Google authentication. We store the email address and user id that Google returns, a generated display name, the date you joined, and a counter of what you have made. We do not receive or store your Google password.

What you create

Series titles, loglines, synopses, continuity ledgers, episode outlines, take text, library prompts and any images you upload are stored so the product can work and so you can come back to them. Rendered takes, recaps, teasers, episode cuts and library images are stored in a media bucket and served from a public content address; a clip is reachable by anyone who has its exact link even while it is marked private, and is listed publicly only when you publish it.

AI Data Processing

To make videos and drafts, the service sends your text, images, video, and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include Google, OpenAI, and Replicate, which run the moderation, language and media models behind the product. Each of them processes your input under its own terms and privacy policy. We send only what the feature you are using needs, and we do not sell your input to anyone.

Moderation

Text and images that reach a model are first checked against a word list and an automated moderation service. Inputs that fail are rejected and may be logged with your user id so repeated abuse can be stopped. Published clips can be reported by other users; reports and the actions taken on them are kept.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, the plan or pack you bought, invoice ids and the credits granted so your balance can be reconciled. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.

Analytics and cookies

We use a privacy-focused page analytics service that records page views without cross-site tracking. Sign-in state is kept in your browser’s local storage. We do not run advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it or your account. Deleting a clip removes its files from the media bucket; deleting a series removes its episodes, recaps, teasers and cuts. To delete your account entirely, email us from the address on the account and we will remove your data within thirty days, except for payment records we are required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data, or to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time your local law allows.

Children

Adults only. We do not knowingly gather data about anyone under 18, and prompts that depict minors are blocked outright.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users on the site.
