Terms of service
Effective 5 November 2026. By using https://www.aiepisodecreator.com (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
2. What the service does
The service lets you organise series and episodes, keep continuity notes, generate takes, recaps, teasers, episode cuts and library images with automated models, and optionally publish the results. Models are probabilistic: a take is an interpretation of the text and references you give, not an exact reproduction of a shot you describe, and voice styles are descriptive prompts, not recordings of any particular person.
3. Credits, plans and refunds
Features are paid for in credits. Credits come from monthly plans, which refill each billing period, and from one-time packs, which do not expire. Prices in credits are shown before each action. Credits are returned only when a job fails before any work has started; once a model request or a cutting step has begun, the credits for that job are spent regardless of the result, including results removed by moderation. Plan upgrades charge the difference immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Unpaid invoices block new purchases until settled. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
4. Your content and your licence to us
You keep whatever rights you hold in the text, images and other material you provide, and in the output the service makes for you. So that we can operate, improve, promote and support the service, you grant AI Episode Creator a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute and otherwise use your input and any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content. This licence survives termination of your account. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant it.
5. Rules for content
Using the service, you will not make or publish anything that:
- sexualises anyone, or depicts minors in any sexual, violent or otherwise harmful context;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates anyone;
- harasses, threatens or defames anyone, or incites violence or hatred;
- infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- is unlawful where you are or where it will be shown.
We may remove content, hide published clips, refuse prompts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. Reported clips may be hidden automatically while reviewed.
6. Publishing
Content is private by default. When you publish a clip or a series you make it visible to anyone, including on public pages and in search results, and you allow other users to view, share and report it. You can unpublish at any time; copies others have already made are outside our control.
7. Third-party processors
Generation depends on external model providers and infrastructure, currently including Google, OpenAI and Replicate. Their availability, pricing and policies may change, and features may be modified or withdrawn as a result.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, consistent, free of artefacts or suitable for any use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Episode Creator and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide or publish, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms the service or other users. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
Delaware law (United States) applies to these terms, conflict-of-laws principles aside, and any dispute between us goes to the courts sitting in Delaware.
